Business development manager
Salary: 20 - 25k profit sharing schemes OTE £100K, allowances, 4 weeks holiday, mobile phone and expense account.

Job description: This is an excellent opening to work as a Business Development Manager for this new security company you will be responsible for your own time management. They seek a business Development Manager for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities. Your role is to focus on winning business around London.
You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year. Presenting the company and its services to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and e-mails. Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiate; close; handover to the account management team.
You have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedure. Responding to tenders and request for information in a timely manner. You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaign ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of sale.
Ensuring Legionnaire Security Services remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling service based solutions within the security industry. Ideally you will have a track record of selling security services to apply for this position.
